ICPSA payment calendar 1 June 2025 – 31 July 2026. Calendar outlines payment dates for case mix service fees, LTC service fees, batch payments, section 26/29 fees, and the Additional Professional Advisory Services (APAS) fee, and wash up payments if applicable. 

This allows you to input the Schedule price of a medicine, the price your wholesaler charges you, and your wholesaler discounts (terms of trade), to see if you are breaking even when dispensing the medicine.
